Olive oil chocolate cake

Ingredients

• 150g flour
• 40g cocoa
• 120ml olive oil
• 150g sugar
• 180ml hot coffee

Steps

1. 1Whisk the dry ingredients.
2. 2Stir in oil, sugar, and hot coffee until smooth.
3. 3Bake at 175°C until the center springs back.
4. 4Cool in the tin. It is better the next day, if the week allows.
